DocuSign overview for reviewing and accepting documents from D.A. Alexander & Company, Inc.
1. An email will be sent to you with a link to review and sign a DocuSign document.
2. You may be asked to enable cookies on your web-browser before continuing. Enable cookies for your browser if they are not already enabled by following the instructions on your screen. Once cookies have been enabled, repeat step 1.
3. Agree to use electronic records and signatures by checking the box
4. Click ‘Continue’
5. Click ‘Start’
6. Areas for signatures or initials will be highlighted in yellow. You may also have check boxes. Review the documents, select any applicable check boxes and click the first yellow box. Enter your full name and initials. A sample of your electronic signature will appear in the ‘Preview’ box.
7. Click ‘Adopt and Initial’. Do this for each yellow box on your proposal by clicking ‘Next’ or clicking the individual yellow boxes.
8. Click ‘Finish’ once all yellow boxes have been filled.
9. A confirmation screen will appear. You can choose to sign-up for Docusign from this screen or click “No Thanks”. You are not required to create a DocuSign account.
10. DocuSign will send you a confirmation email notifying you that the document has been completed. A digital PDF copy of your proposal will be attached for your records. The process is complete!
